Practice Reflection

I have always wanted to learn new things, even as a child. I am destined to a lifetime of learning. Improving my knowledge as a nurse stems from my desire to enhance my overall understanding continually. As a graduate student, I constantly seek new research and ways to enhance the care I deliver, even in my current role as a registered nurse.

Health Delivery Goals.

As I have traveled through multi-regional areas, I have noticed disparities related to access to high-quality care and the health delivery system within those areas. I aim to enhance healthcare access in rural communities, ensuring that all individuals have the opportunity to achieve a healthy lifestyle. I have a passion for initiatives that encourage community involvement to improve health for all, as well as integrated telehealth access for those whose access is limited due to their inability to attend a clinic for a face-to-face evaluation.
