Lynzie Mckay BSN, RN.
Master Skills. Elevate Care.
I am a registered nurse with over ten years of clinical experience in many different specialties. I started my career in long-term care, transitioning through mental health, emergency medicine, critical care, and medical-surgical nursing. I traveled from state to state, working in both rural and urban areas, providing compassionate, evidence-based care.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, I transitioned between various roles across multiple departments, filling staffing gaps wherever needed. My care abilities are diverse and cover various roles. Traveling and witnessing the magnitude of the care gap between the healthcare providers we have and the ones we need inspired me to share my knowledge with others, leading me to transition into education as well as the provider role. I gained experience by teaching American Heart Association-approved life support classes and continued my advanced practice training, with a completion date set for spring 2026.
I have dedicated my career to a continuous upward trajectory of learning, with the end goal of providing high-quality, compassionate care to all who seek my help. I completed my Bachelor's degree at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2024 and am currently pursuing my Master of Science Degree in Nursing, with graduation scheduled for May 2026, while working full-time and raising two children.
